Dr. Huda Tulti

Dr. Huda Tulti is the Founding and Managing Partner of Alfarouk Law Firm, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Tripoli University, and a legal researcher with over 20 years of experience in legal research concerning Libya and the UK. Dr. Huda completed her PhD on ‘The Unconscionability Doctrine in Electronic Standard Form Contracting. During her PhD, she worked as a Post-Graduate Teaching Assistant in Administrative and Constitutional Law at the School of Law, Exeter University. Previously managing the Head Office of Itkan Law Firm as a Partner, Dr. Huda has been involved in vital advisory cases and coordinated with the IOM UN Migration as a Trainer, delivering training on Labour Migration Governance in Libya. As a Legal 500 “Next Generation Partner”, and now that her journey with Itkan Law Firm has concluded (2023), her latest pursuit is the establishment of this law firm.
